  • bag of frozen peas
  • lemon, thinly sliced
  • large fistful of raisins
  • tempeh

  • 2 tbsp flour (I used whole wheat bread flour, but it doesn't matter)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cup of milk
  • about 1 tbsp lemon juice

To make stuff: if, like me, you have a pot in which you can boil and steam things at the same time (but not everything fits in the steam part), then boil the tempeh and steam the other things. Otherwise, steam everything. Do this for 7-9 minutes. At this point the lemon peels will be pretty soft and palatable.

To make sauce: make white sauce and mix in lemon juice when it's almost done. (I.e., melt the butter with lowish heat, mix in the flour, wait for it to bubble while still mixing, mix in milk, wait for it to boil and thicken, mix in lemon juice. Doesn't take long but can burn if too hot or not stirred enough.)

Put sauce on stuff.
